Recently, customers from technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area got a sneak peek at SICK’s new office in Fremont, California. During the open house, SICK displayed many of our unique technologies beneficial to Silicon Valley tech companies, and customers also watched a presentation on Industry 4.0.
With this new facility, SICK is able to provide a better customer experience for the West Coast. One major benefit is that SICK will now have local Customer Care Representatives available during standard West Coast office hours.
Many tech companies have Industry 4.0 on the brain. With the opening of this new office, SICK is now able to offer locals a product demonstration area and a training space to help educate our customers on how to be Industry 4.0 ready.
