Analyzer solution

This solution is based on the well-known, proven MCS100E analyzer platform. It utilizes the hot measurement technique paired with infrared spectroscopy. It is the ideal solution for measurement of SO 3 and H2 SO 4 . The sample gas is pulled through a heated sample system ensuring the process gas is kept above acid dew point at 390 ° F (200 °C). The advantage: is leaves the sample gas unchanged, giving a true picture of gas composition while delivering a real-time response.

In addition to SO 3 and H2 SO 4 , the MCS100E HW measures up to 6 IR gas components – many components for cross-interference correction, such as SO2 , H2 O, NO, CO2 . Other components commonly measured by the MCS100E are HCl and NH3 which can provide additional process control benefits.
